Mother was welcomed at Trelana as part of a family, and is still treated as such. A friendly, safe, welcoming environment, good food, clean and spacious rooms. The staff are very obliging, knowledgeable, and ask our opinion on all aspects of mothers care, she is treated with compassion and dignity at all times. We highly recommend Trelana and have peace of mind knowing mother is extremely happy.

To all of the staff & Cats at Trelana,
Our father Colin Punter was in this home for a short period before he passed. But myself and my brother Simon would like to thank you you all so very much for everything you did for our dad and us.
From the minute he was with you the staff were amazing for our dad, despite him being Deputy Mayor of Holsworthy, as you know he was a very proud man. I know he would of wanted us to send this to you all to say thank you, but these words do not seem enough.
We appreciate that this is your job, but it was such kindness and love that you made everyone feel so comfortable.
Thelma & Louise were also amazing and would always put a smile on dads face.
